The 30 years experience of our personnel and the machineries used, currently 5 blowing presses with a capacity from 2 to 30 liters, allow us to realize blown products of different shapes and sizes.

We use traditional blowing machines with continued extrusion, but we can personalise them according to the requests of our production managers.

Thanks to the appropriate equipment, we can offer finished and assembled products ready for assembly. Furthermore, we can prepare data sheets of the material used and the size report of the final products.

Even though our customers are satisfied with our service--the result of our attention to the quality of our products--our technical office is continually researching new and innovative materials and technologies to be used in the blowing sector, in order to develop more sophisticated and complex products.

Thanks to our small and easy business structure we can respond to the requests of our customers more efficiently.

In 2001 Sevenplast s.r.l. obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification, which allows the production manager to check all the different production phases, assuring that the required quality standards are met and that the customer is completely satisfied.

The results of these checks are placed in archives and they can be consulted at any time.
